Council Meeting
The work began early that day with a breakfast meeting for the PWSC Council.

Later in the day PWSC Section members met to do business and prepare for next year.

Morten Ender reports on the illustrious career of noted military sociologist Charles Moskos, who won the Robin Williams Career award but was not able to be present.
